Steph is an excellent fitness trainer; in the weekly circuits and metafit classes she makes sure you are putting in your all and makes it so fun, with a super friendly group of people who are always up for a laugh with plentiful team spirit and never ever any judgments. Not only that, she makes it her priority to coach and guide you on your posture/position/technique, the only pain you’ll feel after is DOMS! The best kinda pain! Having moved out of the area, I’ve switched from class to class, gym to gym, this because I’ve been spoilt to have Steph 😘 I’ve done PT, team challenges with Steph and met new friends along the way. If you’ve a goal, or a personal challenge in mind - Steph will get you there and maybe even join you. She’s that much of a special lady and now, through the above and more, a brilliant friend 💪✊🤙Xxread more

I would happily recommend Esse fitness to anyone who wants to increase their fitness, lose weight, gain strength or all of the above. Steph’s classes are challenging and enjoyable in equal measure. I have been a client for the past 5 years and have used other fitness instructors previously . In terms of professionalism and motivation, Steph is up there with the best.read more

I've been attending both the circuits and the Metafit classes every week for over 3 years. Steph is an amazing instructor and takes time to explain each exercise and makes sure we are doing it correctly. I'm the strongest and fittest I've been for years. It's a friendly group catering for all levels of fitness, age and ability. Don't stop what you're doing Steph. I'd miss it too much. 😄read more

I have been doing this class for nearly 3 years.I wouldn't call myself naturally athletic but I have gained a lot of mental and physical strength from it. A first class instructor and mixed bit friendly class.read more

This is the best exercise I have done without feeling conscious or embarrassed about size, age, ability of fitness. All ages and all abilities attend and most importantly we have a good laugh.read more

I have done lots of different types of fitness classes in the past but Stephs are by far the best. I have never felt as fit as I do right now!
