I participated in mission slim possible 2 years ago, when Steph Morgan said she was running another slim possible... group, I was the first to sign up. Over the last six weeks we’ve had regular weekly workouts sent to us via a PT app. Easy to access workouts, with a “how to” guide to the exercises. Steph has also given the group the opportunity to participate in a live workout session, which has been great fun and motivating. The plan includes nutritional advice and we are helped to make healthier choices without feeling restricted or on a diet. I’ve lost 5lb in six weeks and feel lighter and fitter. I Took the 6 week Slimpossible programme, highly recommended. as a calorie deficit diet and work out programme its one... if the best. the workouts are east to follow, easy to keep motivated. like any programme the more you put in the better the results, and steph certainly gets the best out of you. I lost 5lb, but most importantly for me i lost 4.5% body fat. i got the results i wanted and more. perfect programme for post christmas indulgance. 💪💪👍👍read more
